They showed up to clean my gutters  within the time frame given.Prices were reasonable. They did a good job. We had a small snafu with water coming into attic while cleaning was going on, luckily we caught it in time and was able to yell for them to stop. Apparently they had to lift a portion of the gutter to get it clean underneath. It's  a good thing we were home or we would have never known.  We were able to put towels in there to soak up water and avoid any potential disaster. Only reason why I gave 4 stars. I would use them again but make sure they are more careful in that area. I'm not sure if it was them or the way the gutters were installed prior to purchasing the home.

  We have a rental property in Federal Way and when the roof/gutter cleaning company that had serviced it for years told us they could no longer do so, we were so glad we found Legacy. These guys are professional, quick to respond, extremely communicative, reasonably priced, and best of all, they even sent us before and after pictures of the work they did on our roof! We have an almost 3-story house and I don't think I've ever seen pictures of the top of our roof before! With so many competing businesses out there, these guys deserve your business. They have certainly earned ours!

  The work and cleaning was exceptional as was all of the scheduling and quoting. I contacted them and then had a quote and appointment dates within an hour, all done online. They made it so easy and were so punctual and kind!

It was even better that they smiled and waved at my mesmerized toddler the entire time they worked, it made his day and ours!

  I agree with everything already said - they were prompt to respond to my request for an estimate, gave me one (very reasonable) over the phone, got scheduled, and they called me a couple days before they were scheduled to see if I wanted/could take an earlier appt since they had a cancelation. They came when they said they would, did a thorough job, and my gutters are now not sprouting little trees, and draining water where they should be. Also, they notified me for all stages so I knew what and when to expect. Finally, they were very cordial and courteous - from the person who called me to the person who did the work.

  My gutters were so full that they were growing small trees. When I saw that a short section in the back was starting to sag, I knew that something needed to be done. Via Yelp, I requested bids from four companies. Legacy replied first and, within an hour, I had an estimate in my email. (As for the other companies, only one actually replied, telling me that it would be about a week before they could provide an estimate.) Within a day, I booked an appointment and, two days later, Everette was here cleaning off the roof and emptying out the gutters. He was pleasant, personable, and did his work quickly and well; 90 minutes later, he was rolling up his hose and heading off. Good work at a fair price and the chance to support a young, family-owned company - I'm happy and I expect that, if you hire Legacy for your gutters, you will be as well.

  I am from out of state with a rental property in the area and was looking for a contractor to clean and treat the moss on my property. Legacy was the first contractor to respond and Keith was always quick to respond to my questions during the bidding process. I chose Legacy because they were fast communicators and their bid price was fair after assessing several companies. Legacy had the best value in terms of price and service. After accepting their bid, they were able to schedule a time the same day or the day after which was very fast. They text you when they arrive and leave the property. No phone calls were needed which is perfect for an out of state investor who is constantly in meetings. In the end they send an invoice with before and after photos. Payment was seamless and I was able to pay online with a credit card. I am really glad I chose Legacy and they kept a lot of my anxiety at ease! I plan to use them again in the future!

  First time getting our gutters cleaned and we needed to have moss treatment as well to prepare for re-roofing.  Really great email and text communication from Legacy along the way. They showed up on time and Russell was super nice and professional in person.  The entire process took around 2 hours in total and Legacy just sent the invoice through email so that we didn't have to interrupt work calls to when they left.  They also sent pictures afterward to show how before and after results from the cleaning.  Highly recommend them.

  We had never had our Gutters or Roof cleaned and needed them done quickly since they were not draining properly.  Keith was very quick with a quote that was very reasonable.  I was able to schedule service very quickly the same week.  Very friendly and they did everything they said they would.  Showed up right on time and showed us before and after pictures so we could see how well they did.  We were very impressed with the work and would not hesitate to use Legacy again.
