For our Moss Removal process, we brush off the moss by hand to maintain the integrity of the shingles and not compromise the roof.
Afterwards, we apply a moss killer via spray and/or powder, which provides maximum penetration of the root systems to minimize future moss growth, extending the life of your roof.
We believe in transparency. We use Moss Out & Corry's Moss B Ware found at Home Depot & Lowe's. These are industry-trusted solutions for effective spore termination.
No, we do not.
Pressure washing strips the granules from asphalt shingles. Therefore it strips away years of your roof's lifespan. These granules are what enable your roof to protect your home from the elements, like rain, wind and sun.
Because of that, we brush off the moss by hand to maintain the integrity of the shingles and not compromise the roof.
Our Soft Wash service consists of washing your home siding and/or your exterior gutters.
With our Soft Wash service, we apply a cleaning solution to your home and spray it off a period of time later. The cleaning solution also acts as a protectant against dirt, grime, mildew and algae. For heavily soiled areas, we lightly hand brush the area until the soil is removed.
If you decide to accept an estimate from us and proceed with service, we request a $99 non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment and secure our services which goes towards the service invoice total. This ensures our commitment to meeting your needs and allocating resources for your specific service requirements.
After service is completed we will process the card on file for payment. The Service Invoice receipt will be emailed to you reflecting "Paid" status. Before & After photos of our work will be included as email attachments.
Please note that our vehicles are not equipped to haul off debris. We discard debris into your yard waste bins or into yard waste bags (that are placed in regular waste bins). If you have a specific preference, please let us know before service begins.
Typically, no. As long as we have access to the perimeter of the home (unlocked gates, pets secured inside) and a working water spigot, we can perform the exterior maintenance while you are at work or away. We will email you the invoice and photos immediately upon completion.
