Operations Service Agreement

Terms of Service.

Operational Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Please read these Operational Terms carefully before engaging Legacy Gutter Cleaning ("we", "us") for services. By authorizing a job, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Operations

Gutter Cleaning: Our standard service includes the removal of debris from the interior of gutters and downspouts up to the first elbow. We verify flow via water flush where accessible. We bag all debris. We do not assume liability for underground drainage systems.

Moss Treatment: This is a preventative soft-wash treatment designed to kill organic growth. Instant removal of all moss is not guaranteed, as dead moss will naturally slough off over time with weather.

2. Site Access & Safety

The homeowner agrees to provide clear, safe access to the property perimeter. Please unlock gates and secure pets prior to our arrival. If our technicians deem a roof section unsafe to access due to pitch, material condition, or weather, we reserve the right to decline service for that specific area. Safety is our primary directive.

3. Scheduling & Deployment

We operate year-round in Pierce County, weather permitting. High winds, heavy rain, or freezing temperatures may require tactical rescheduling of your appointment for the safety of our crew. We will communicate any delays immediately via text or email.

4. Payment Protocols

Payment is due upon completion of the mission. An invoice containing digital photos of the completed work will be sent via email. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. Failure to submit payment within the specified terms may result in late fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise maximum care while on your property, Legacy Gutter Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage to gutters, roofs, or siding (e.g., loose brackets, rotted fascia, brittle shingles). Our service is maintenance, not repair. We are licensed and bonded for your protection against accidental damage caused directly by our operations.
